I went out to a local realtor office and the owner/broker asked me to come in and talk to the realtors. It's a win/win for him, it will make his realtors better equipped to answer questions and give them a better chance to close on a house.
I'm all for it, and then I wondered how I can make myself memorable. I figured out my hook. Do a charitable event and give all of the proceeds to a charity. My main concern is that the charity needs to come first.
I'm thinking to finish my talk with the reminder that everyone is here to make money but if you're going to do something then you need to do it right.
