I'm trying to lose weight currently. So far I've done pretty well, I've lost over 10 pounds in the few weeks I've been watching what I eat and riding my bike.
Because of that, when I was in the grocery store I was looking to buy some salad crap. Salad crap (that's the proper name for food that is eaten by other food) needs some type of dressing on it, I saw the packets for ranch dressing and wondered what needs to be done. Does it need any kind of prep or just stirring? How long will it last? Easy to make and will last for awhile. Sold.
I tweaked the formula a little and added cilantro (the best herb in the world) to it. Just a little difference but so good. I did the nutritional calculations and it's actually lower calorie and tastier than what I was buying.
What is this post about? Do those little things for your spouse, children, and your friends; maybe you should even do this for yourself occasionally. The end result may be better than you expect.
