Our political future.

I read some "news" reporting today.  I say "news" because it was on a political site and was slanting so far to one side of the political spectrum that I couldn't get any real news out of it.

Something I've been thinking about lately is the rudeness of posters on sites.  Most of it is political name calling on articles that are basically preaching to the choir.  It seems like we are polarizing to the point that we can't have a dialogue with each other.  If we can't talk to each other then we won't live, thrive and survive.

Communication is vital for all endeavors.  Marriage, business, military, politics; without communications they will all fail.  We're not talking; hell, we're not even trying.  Spousal abusers communicate more than the idealists for the various political parties.  Spouse abusers communicate on the level of a non-talking toddler; they yell and if you don't do what they want they yell louder and hit.  Yet people don't even want to do that.

How bad off are we if we can't even communicate as well as a two year old?
