I used to eat junk food all the time. I ate so much Jack in the Box that I got a discount and when they saw me drive up they started my order. Not so much now.
My wife tries to eat healthy and the best way for her to eat healthy is for me to do the same thing. I've been eating healthy for long enough that I had a fast food cheeseburger (it was SO good) and it tore me up. That's when I realized that our bodies create junk food antibodies.
Basic science class teaches us that I need a vaccine for my body to create antibodies. Obviously the best vaccine is junk food. Therefore I make a point of eating a little junk food every few days.
My wife is out of town and I just didn't feel like cooking tonight. Fried chicken it is. My tummy is already grumbling, the ice cream for dessert isn't helping but it was so good.
I know, you're wondering why I ate the fast food if it upsets me now. I could have had a couple of legs and been done, but no. My wife doesn't like fried chicken (she's from California) so I don't eat it if she's around but when she's not around I must eat more.
It's really all the fault of my wife (she's from California, remember).
