Thank you. Is this to my loyal readers? Nope. It's Memorial Day and that thank you is for all of our military that died in service.
I hope that everyone today will remember the fallen. If you're drinking, pour a sip of your beer on the ground in remembrance of them. Set a place for them at the table. Tell your children stories about relatives that died so they won't be forgotten. Go to a cemetery and put out the flags on the the markers or clear away the trash and weeds that seem to infest the smaller and older cemeteries.
Much shorter post than usual for me, I'm going to tell my children about my father.
